South Brunswick Teachers To Face Off At Annual Adult Spelling Bee

Teams of teachers and staff from South Brunswick schools are slated to face off in the annual adult spelling bee championship. Here's when:

The second annual South Brunswick Township Adult Spelling Bee Challenge
Bee is set to take place on Thursday, Feb. 16 at Crossroads North Auditorium (635 Georges Road, Monmouth Junction), with teams of teachers and staff from area schools slated to face off in a spelling championship.

Hosted by Dr. Negraval and Mr. Dentler, the bee promises to be “full of excitement, surprises and lots of fun, as teams comprised of 3 teachers/staff from South Brunswick District Schools work mentally and a little physically to take home the coveted Champion Spellers trophy,” according to a statement from the education foundation.

The bee will take place from 6:30 to 9 p.m.; doors will open to the public at 6 p.m.

Tickets are $5 per person. You can purchase advance tickets online before Feb. 14 or at the door.
