South Brunswick To Host Free Rabies Vaccine Clinic On Saturday

All dogs and cats must be licensed annually and have an up-to-date rabies inoculation certificate.

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — The township will be hosting a free rabies vaccination clinic for all dogs and cats on Saturday, Nov. 16.

The clinic will be held at the Municipal Garage, 540 Ridge Rd, Monmouth Junction, behind the Utilities Building at the Municipal Garage, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

All dogs must be leashed and all cats must be in a carrier and dogs must be muzzled as needed.

Residents should bring proof of prior vaccination such as a pet license, license tag, or record of prior vaccination to qualify the pet for the three-year vaccination duration.

A one-year vaccine will be issued if there is no record of the prior vaccine.

South Brunswick residents may also bring their pets to any rabies clinic hosted by any other town in New Jersey, and this clinic is open to any resident of New Jersey.
