South Brunswick To Host Veteran Street Dedication On Saturday

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ - South Brunswick Township will continue its tradition of honoring local military heroes in September, dedicating street signs to six wartime veterans who served their country with distinction.
On Saturday, the Township will honor Alex and Alexander John Kish for their service.
The event will take place at 11 a.m. at the intersection of Georges Road and Stanley Avenue.

The Veterans Recognition Street Naming Initiative adds secondary street signs bearing veterans' names to existing municipal roads, creating lasting tributes that promote public awareness of these individuals' service and sacrifice.
The program specifically honors wartime veterans who served honorably in any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces, including those who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty.
