South Brunswick Night Out 2025 Raises The Bar Once Again
The South Brunswick Police Department once again celebrated a successful Community Night Out event.

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — South Brunswick's annual National Night Out drew massive community participation Tuesday evening at Rowland Park, as thousands of residents joined police officers and local organizations for an evening celebrating unity and public safety partnerships.
The scale of community engagement was evident in the numbers - volunteers distributed 2,000 hot dogs, 1,000 veggie dogs, 1,500 bottles of water, 1,000 ice pops, 2,000 bags of popcorn and chips, and over 600 pizzas to attendees throughout the evening.
"National Night Out exemplifies what makes South Brunswick special," said Chief Raymond Hayducka. "It gives us the chance to connect directly with residents, listen to their concerns, and work together to strengthen the trust and relationships.”

The event's success reflected months of coordinated planning, according to Sergeant George Morgan, who served as event coordinator. “This event continues to highlight the police-community partnership that is key to everything we do,” Morgan said. “Every year, we raise the bar, and 2025 was no exception. The energy, the engagement, and the enthusiasm from the community were incredible. It’s a privilege to be part of something that brings us all together in such a positive way.”
Mayor Charlie Carley emphasized the event's broader significance for the township. “National Night Out is a reflection of the spirit of South Brunswick. It’s a testament to the strong bonds between our police department, our residents, and our community partners. I’m proud to see such unity and energy in one place,” Carley said.
