South Brunswick Wawa Customer Wins $10K On Scratch-Off Ticket
The ticket was sold at the Kendall Park Wawa, officials said.
SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ – A lucky lottery player struck it rich at a local convenience store, winning $10,000 on a scratch-off ticket purchased at the Wawa in Kendall Park.
The winning $1,000,000 Spectacular scratch-off was sold Aug. 12 at the Wawa located at 3222 Route 27 in the Kendall Park section of South Brunswick, the New Jersey Lottery announced.
The $10,000 prize was one of 13 scratch-off wins of that amount statewide during the week of August 11, according to NJ Lottery officials.

While the South Brunswick winner celebrated a substantial payout, even bigger jackpots were claimed elsewhere in the state that week. The largest prizes went to a Cash 4 Life player in Rutherford who won $1,000,000 and a Powerball ticket holder in Hasbrouck Heights who also claimed a $1,000,000 prize.
