Adult Daycare, Office Space Application On South Brunswick Zoning Board Agenda

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — The South Brunswick Zoning Board will be meeting on Thursday, March 20 at 7:30 p.m.

And according to the agenda, the board has a lot to cover.

Here are some highlights from the agenda:

• Interstate Outdoor Advertising has applied for a final site plan with use and bulk variance approval to construct a digital static billboard on a 2-acre site in the C-3 zone. The location is 3790 US Route 1.
• Ruth Real Estate LLC is seeking preliminary and final site plan approval with use and bulk variances to permit a 4,344 sq. ft. office on a 0.73-acre site in the R-3 zone, located on 3230 Route 27.
• Ajay Patel is seeking a preliminary site plan with use variance to operate an adult daycare on a 4.998-acre site at 219 Black Horse Lane. The location is in the I-2 zone.
