South Brunswick's Mohamed Sanu Holds Kids' Football Camp July 10

Atlanta Falcons' wide receiver and South Brunswick graduate Mohamed Sanu will host a kids' football camp at South Brunswick High School.

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — Would you like your son or daughter to learn how to play football from an NFL player?

Atlanta Falcons' wide receiver and South Brunswick High School graduate Mohamed Sanu will hold a kids' football camp on July 10. This is a one-day camp that is open to all area youth, boys and girls, in grades 1-8. It is not restricted to just South Brunswick residents.

  • Times: 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
  • Price: Free

Sanu and coaches will offer hands-on instruction and there will be stations and non-contact games. Each attendee will receive:

  • a souvenir autograph from Sanu (item provided – outside items not permitted)
  • a camp team photo with Sanu
  • a limited-edition Sanu Football ProCamp t-shirt

Sanu grew up in South Brunswick Township and was a star on the Viking playing fields at South Brunswick High before he went to Rutgers, where he was a record-setting wide receiver for the Scarlet Knights. From Rutgers, Sanu went on to the NFL. Born in Sayreville, Sanu moved to Sierra Leone as a child before his family ultimately settled in the Dayton section of South Brunswick.
