Woman Struck & Killed By Train In South Brunswick Identified

The woman was a resident of North Carolina, an Amtrak spokesperson said.

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — The woman who was struck and killed by a train in South Brunswick on Veteran’s Day has been identified as a North Carolina resident.

Emily Price, 43, was struck and killed by Train 3885 on the Northeast Corridor Line in South Brunswick between Jersey Avenue and Princeton Junction, an Amtrak spokesperson said.

Amtrak which owns and operates the line led the investigation.

Price was a resident of Durham in North Carolina, the Amtrak spokesperson said.

The train had 110 passengers on board and had departed New York Penn Station at 8:37 p.m. and was due to arrive in Trenton at 10:07 p.m.
