Joseph N. DiVincenzo, Jr., Essex County Executive, Speaks at SOPAC

SOPAC welcomes all local residents, patrons, and businesses to attend.

South Orange Performing Arts Center (SOPAC) hosts the first annual Community Business Leaders Breakfast, featuring Joseph N. DiVincenzo, Jr., Essex County Executive. The meeting, Thursday, April 28th at 8 a.m. – 10:00 a.m., is open to local residents, patrons, and businesses.

This event will provide a networking opportunity for area business leaders and offer information on a business topic.  DiVincenzo will discuss the expansion of Essex County’s recreation areas; share details on the newly opened Essex County Small Business Resource Center and Research Library; and provide information on the types of resources available to small, women and minority businesses.

“The creation of SOPAC was a big part of the South Orange Central Business District’s revitalization and our goal is to be a good neighbor and continue to champion the area’s development,” says Michael Bollinger, Executive Director of SOPAC.  “We hope that by providing unique opportunities - like the Business Leader Breakfast - we can encourage discussion and brainstorming among area businesses to help in the birth of collaborations and partnerships.”
