Traffic Signal Timing Change Alert For Village Of South Orange

From the Village of South Orange:

The Village is working with the county to improve the traffic signal conditions at the intersection of West South Orange Ave. and Ridgewood Rd.

The County has recently adjusted the amount of time that drivers and pedestrians have to cross the intersection. The chart attached below shows the adjusted signal timing for both drivers and pedestrians. The County is looking further into more improvements to the intersection but in the mean time, these timing changes are the first step.
