Wanted Man Caught In South Orange: Police

SOUTH ORANGE, NJ - A 48-year-old Newark man was arrested after a motor vehicle stop and jailed on an outstanding warrant on July 3, according to the South Orange Police Department.

According to authorities, at approximately 12:30 a.m. a South Orange patrolman conducted a motor vehicle stop in the area of West South Orange Avenue and Harding Drive. The driver of the vehicle, Hasone Walker, was wanted by the Essex County Sheriff's Department, police said.

Hasone was placed under arrest and transported to South Orange Police Department and turned over to the Essex County Sheriff's Officers.
