• A Quiet Escape: Township Unveils New Passive Park at Forecastle Basin in Ocean Acres (tapinto.net) — Stafford Township has opened Hidden Pines, a new ADA-accessible passive park in the Ocean Acres section around Forecastle Lake, giving residents a quiet place to walk, fish, and enjoy nature. The paved 0.66-mile loop, near Breakers Drive and Forecastle Avenue, is designed for strollers, wheelchairs, and peaceful recreation from dawn to dusk.
   

• Southern Boys Basketball Holds Off Late Rally to Defeat Cedar Creek in Season Opener (tapinto.net) — Southern Regional’s boys basketball team opened its season in Stafford Township with a nail-biting 60–57 win over Cedar Creek, surviving a huge fourth-quarter surge. Noah Perna’s 22 points and Jake Sliwinski’s clutch free throws and playmaking helped the Rams hold on after building a big middle-quarter lead.
