Scott Garrett, R-Wantage, called President Obama's healthcare reform law <a href="http://www.northjersey.com/news/163508486_Garrett_calls_health_care_law_a_job_killer.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">"an assault on the economy and job creation"</a> at a forum hosted by Monday, northjersey.com reports. Garrett cited numbers showing optimism among small businesses in June dropped to their lowest levels since October 2011. The  requires businesses with under 50 employees provide coverage or pay a tax, Garrett said in the report. The round table event, sponsored by the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey, also included a state official who gave no hints to in New Jersey. Garrett is facing in the race for the redrawn 5th Congressional District.
