Updated 9:50 a.m. Tuesday: All lanes have been reopened after an earlier crash on Route 4.    First report:  An accident with injuries led to delays on Route 4 westbound, between Queen Anne Road and Belle Avenue, Tuesday morning. The right and center lanes were blocked as of 9:15 a.m., the state transportation department reported. Authorities said the injuries were not serious, but two people were taken to an area hospital.  Teaneck firefighters, the Teaneck Volunteer Ambulance Corps and police were called to the scene. Additional details were not immediately available.
