Power Restored After Teaneck Outage
Problem with overhead line causes outage in section of town.

A section of Teaneck lost power Wednesday night after Public Service Electric and Gas crews had to temporarily shut down service to make emergency repairs on overhead lines, a company spokeswoman said.
Service was fully restored to all customers as of 10:15 p.m., PSE&G said.
The outage appeared to be focused around East Cedar Lane. Traffic lights at Teaneck Road and Cedar Lane were out for about 20 minutes.

PSE&G could not provide an exact number of people who lost power, but the company's outage map had listed up to 2,000 customers out.
