On The Border Tex Mex Restaurant Opening In Toms River
A ribbon-cutting ceremony is set for the restaurant, which is opening at the Ocean County Mall.
TOMS RIVER, NJ — Hungry for Mexican food? Get your fill at On The Border, the new Tex Mex restaurant opening Monday in Toms River.
The restaurant is holding its grand opening at 5 p.m. at its site at the Ocean County Mall. The Greater Toms River Chamber of Commerce is hosting the ribbon-cutting.
Ocean County Mall officials announced the restaurant would be coming to the site in April.

On The Border offers a Tex Mex menu of fajitas, tacos, burritos, enchiladas, along with margaritas, chips, salsa, guacamole and tortillas, is part of Restaurant Row. It infuses its menu offerings with mesquite, native to the area where the restaurant chain first opened in 1982 in Dallas, Texas, and has 136 locations around the country.
The restaurant has a happy hour from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday with unlimited nachos and many specialty drinks. Their hours are Sunday-Thursday 11 a.m.-10 p.m. and Friday-Saturday 11 a.m.-11 p.m.
