Founders Day Celebration Returning To Toms River
The town is planning a parade, music and fun and games for the whole family. Vendors are being sought.

TOMS RIVER, NJ — Toms River will celebrate the town's beginnings with a Founders Day festival in downtown, the township has announced.
The event is set for Saturday, May 17, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and will be held on Washington Street. The rain date is Sunday, May 18.
The plans announced include a parade to kick off the day, then food and craft vendors, entertainment, children's rides, booths and a beer tent.
