Irish Festival Returns To Downtown Toms River

The event, presented by the Ocean County St. Patrick's Day Parade Committee, is returning for the third year.

TOMS RIVER, NJ — If you're ready to start celebrating St. Patrick and all things Irish, Toms River is kicking off March with its Irish Festival.

The festival, which was held for the first time in 2021, is returning to downtown Toms River on Saturday, March 4 and will be held from noon to 6 p.m. on Washington Street.

The festival is presented by the Ocean County St. Patrick's Day Parade Committee as part of the run-up to the parade, which is set for Saturday, March 11 in Seaside Heights. This is the second year the parade committee has been involved with the festival.

The festival in Toms River will include live music by Eamonn Ryan Band and a performance by the Shamrock and Thistle Pipes and Drums.

There will be crafts, vendors and food, and the Toms River Fire Company 1 will be selling hot corned beef sandwiches along with hamburgers and hotdogs to raise money for the fire company.
