ShopRite Holding Job Fair At Ocean County Stores

OCEAN COUNTY, NJ — Looking for work? Stop by your nearest ShopRite on Saturday for its company-wide job fair.

The job fair is set for 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 14, and ShopRite has full-time and part-time positions available, the company said.

There are some management positions available as well, the company said, though not at every store.

There will be on-the-spot interviews for open positions.

Available positions, including general, perishable, front-end and stocking clerks, feature flexible hours and cross training to provide employees with the knowledge, skills and tools to work as a team throughout the store. Training programs include a game-based app and are designed to provide a solid foundation so each individual can achieve their best and pursue career goals.

"Each job offers opportunities for career growth and plays an integral part in the operation of the entire Wakefern cooperative, its retail banners and stores," the company says.

The job offers entertainment and tuition discounts, as well as scholarship opportunities, the company said.
