Have some Sharpie Fun at Toms River’s Ocean County Library branch at 11 p.m. Bring a clean white T-shirt to the event for children ages 6-12.
The Ice Cream Festival on Washington Street in downtown Toms River runs from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is free and more information is available here.
