Toms River Man Had Child Sex Abuse Images On USB Drive, Prosecutor Says
A tip about someone uploading child pornography images to the internet led to the man's home, authorities said.

TOMS RIVER, NJ — A Toms River man has been charged with possessing child sexual abuse material after authorities traced uploads of child pornography to his home, the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office said.
Justin Thomas, 39, was arrested July 31, Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer said.
Thomas was identified after the prosecutor's office High Tech Crime Squad identified an IP address in Toms River following a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about someone uploading child pornography to the internet, authorities said.

On July 31, authorities executed a search warrant at Thomas's home; a USB drive seized during the search was found to contain several images of child sexual abuse, the prosecutor's office said.
Thomas was arrested and taken to the Ocean County Jail but has since been released to await trial.
