The Toms River Police Department is seeking assistance from the public in identifying the owner of a red or maroon BMW that may have been involved in a burglary.
According to Chief Mitch Little, the car may have been used in the commission of a residential burglary on Morris Blvd. in Toms River between the hours of 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Jan. 7.
