NJ.com: Sussex Bear 'Attack' Did Not Cause Injuries
Camp counselors reportedly made the mistake.

An incident involving a black bear and campers at Sussex County's Stokes State Forest did not cause injuries to two boys as originally thought, according to a report by NJ.com.
A New Jersey Department of Transportation press release on Wednesday reported the bear injured an 11-year-old Brooklyn boy and a 12-year-old Jersey City boy, scratching one on the shoulder and inflicting a puncture wound the the other's foot.
On Thursday, it was reported the injuries were actually from an old scrape and a blister. The report says "startled camp counselors made the wrong assumption during all the ruckus."
