Police Log: Recent Complaints Of A Spate Of Illegal Driving In Riverdale
Several drivers were caught driving with suspended licenses this past week by Riverdale Police.

There were seven individuals Riverdale Police cited for driving with suspended licenses:
On August 29 at about 9 PM, officers gave a ticket to a 61-year-old Wayne man who was seen swerving on Route 287 North.
Another man, a 34-year-old from Andover, was stopped at about 9:44 PM and ticketed on Route 23 South for zipping by at 82 miles an hour in a 45-mile-an-hour zone.

On August 31, a 27-year-old from Dover driving along the 287 North was found to have an unregistered vehicle, in addition to a suspended license.
On September 2, a 28-year-old Pompton Lakes man was stopped on Hamburg Turnpike and found to be driving with a suspended license as well.

On September 4, a 27-year-old from New Port News, VA also was found to be speeding 69 miles-an-hour in a 45mph zone on Route 23 South while driving with a suspended license.
Later that day, at about 11 PM, a 23-year-old woman from Haledon was found to be driving with a suspended license.
On September 5, a 22-year-old from Bronx, NY was driving with a suspended license while talking on a cell phone.
