Public Peeing Leads to Two Bloomingdale Arrests
Two charged, in separate incidents, with public urination.

Two men were separately arrested on charges of public urination in Bloomingdale recently as both were caught allegedly urinating behind businesses.
In the first incident, on April 6, Ptl. Marc Loveland was on patrol around 2:40 a.m. in the area of Riverside Square when he saw a man urinating on a sidewalk behind the business, Bloomingdale Police Ptl. Dan Fletcher said.
The man, later identified as Marc Manfredonia, 22, of Bloomingdale, was arrested and charged with a borough summons of public urination and possession of an open alcoholic beverage in public. He was later released.

Also on April 6, Fletcher said Ptl. Loveland was on patrol around 11:30 p.m. when he saw a man exit Kasper's Inn on Hamburg Turnpike and walk to the side of the building before urinating. The man, Richard Demboske Jr., 22, of Lincoln Park, was arrested and charged with the borough summons of public urination before being transported to the police station. He was later released with a date to appear in court.
