St. Anthony's CYO Basketball in the Playoffs
Boys defeat St. Catherine's of Ringwood while the girls team heads to the championships Sunday.

The two St. Anthony's boys teams grade 5/6 and grades 7/8 advanced to the semi-finals with victories Monday night.
The 5/6 boys defeated St. Catherine's of Ringwood while the 7/8 boys defeated Holy Spirit of Pequannock.

They will both play this Thursday night. First game will start at 7 p.m. for the 5/6 boys and the second game, 7/8 boys, will start at 8:15 p.m. in the St. Anthony's gym on Bartholdi Avenue in Butler. Everyone should come out and support the teams. Music, food and great youth basketball for all! Arrive early, it will be a packed house this Thursday!
The only girls team, 7/8 grades, will be playing in the championship game at St. Leo's on Sunday at noon. The team extended its winning streak and remains undefeated this season (11-0). If the boys win Thursday, they will play for the championship on Saturday in North Haledon.
