Local Businessman Retires After 60 Years, Gets Key To Verona

After a career of over 60 years managing the Verona Barber Shop, Dino Ditizii's impact on the community is being recognized.

VERONA, NJ — In a ceremony over the weekend, local businessman Dino Ditizii was presented with the key to the township of Verona.

The local businessman is retiring after a career of over 60 years managing the Verona Barber Shop.

"Better known as Dino’s to those living in Verona, [it] is a monumental landmark in the history of our town," says the certificate of appreciation presented to Ditizii.

The ceremony highlighted Ditizii's service to the community.

"Your unwavering passion for your clientele and contributions to our business community is a testament to your perseverance as a hardworking and successful businessperson," the certificate also says. "The dedication you have demonstrated year after year towards our community is deeply appreciated and most admirable."
