New Townhouses Near Verona-Cedar Grove Border Get OK From Council: Report
The settlement paves the way for more than 80 new townhouses near the border of the two towns, a report says.
VERONA-CEDAR GROVE, NJ — The Verona Town Council has reached a deal with a developer that paves the way for more than 80 new townhouses near the Cedar Grove border, a report says.
The council approved the settlement at their meeting earlier this week, MyVeronaNJ.com reported.
The property – located at 251 1/2 Grove Avenue – will be developed by JMF Properties LLC. There are 84 proposed units, 67 of which will be market rate and 17 of which will have a 30-year designation as affordable housing. The townhouses will be for sale, and won’t be offered as rentals.
