Verona Closes On $1.9M Loan To Build Pumping Station

Here's what the project will do, according to the New Jersey Infrastructure Bank.

VERONA, NJ — Verona Township recently closed on a $1.9 million loan to construct a pumping station designed to resolve water pressure issues in higher elevation areas.

According to the New Jersey Infrastructure Bank, the project will ensure compliance with NJDEP minimum pressure requirements and enhance fire protection for residents along Claridge Drive.
