4 Charged With Drug, Weapon Offenses In Wall Township

The four were arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Route 33 & 34 near the Howell Township border, police said.

WALL, NJ — Four people were charged with drug and weapon offenses following a motor vehicle stop near the Howell Township border on Monday, Wall Police said.

The stop occurred at 9 p.m. on Route 33 & 34 due to a moving violation, police said. The vehicle’s driver and passengers were arrested at the stop and charged with various drug and weapon offenses.

The vehicle’s driver, Erin Bozeth, 45, of Brick, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, cocaine and crack cocaine, possession of brass knuckles for an unlawful purpose, drug paraphernalia, and implements to defeat a urine drug test, police said.

Erin Murphy, 36, of Atlantic City, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, cocaine and crack cocaine, possession of prescription legend drugs, drug paraphernalia and implements to defeat a urine drug test. Murphy also had $4,000 in arrest warrants out of Lakewood and Middletown, according to police.

Robert Trella Jr., 50, of Lanoka Harbor, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, heroin, cocaine and crack cocaine, possession of prescription legend drugs, drug paraphernalia and implements to defeat a urine drug test. Trella also had an NJ State Parole arrest warrant, according to police.

Ryan Killeen, 27, of Wall, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, cocaine and crack cocaine, drug paraphernalia and implements to defeat a urine drug test, police said.

Killeen, Trella and Murphy were all processed and brought to the Monmouth County Jail in Freehold, police said. Bozeth was processed and released on a summons complaint with a future court appearance date.
