DWI, Prostitution, Meth Possession: Wall Police Blotter
Wall police reported six incidents of driving while intoxicated from Oct. 2 through Oct. 6.
WALL, NJ — Wall police reported incidents of driving while intoxicated, possession of methamphetamine, prostitution, and more from Oct. 2 through Oct. 6.
Oct. 2
Alejandro Padilla-Esparza, 35, of Belmar, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on Route 35. He was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law, which requires police to impound the driver's vehicle for 12 hours following their arrest. To be released from custody, the driver must also contact someone who will take responsibility for them and ensure they don’t drive while under the influence.
Ashley Ricker, 31, of Monroe, was arrested following a check of a suspicious vehicle at the Atlantic Inn Motel on Route 35. Ricker was charged with loitering for the purpose of engaging in prostitution, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was brought to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution to await her court appearance at the Monmouth County Superior Court.

Oct. 3
Anderson Boscan, 37, of Haledon, was arrested following a motor vehicle accident on Route 70. Boscan was found to have several arrest warrants from multiple jurisdictions. He was processed and turned over to the Haledon Police Department.
Oct. 4
Devrin Braxton, 39, of Neptune, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Route 35. Braxton was found to have a warrant issued by the Monmouth County Sheriff’s Department. He was processed and turned over to the Monmouth County Sheriff’s Department.

Oct. 5
Edmundo Garzon-Becerra, 44, of Freehold, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on Route 138. He was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law.
Jasmine Worthy, 31, of Englishtown, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on Route 33/34. She was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law.
Jesus Salmoran, 41, of Wall Township, was arrested following a suspicious person investigation on Oakwood Road. Salmoran was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and had multiple arrest warrants issued by various jurisdictions. He was brought to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.
Kevin McCaffrey, 38, of East Brunswick, was arrested following a motor vehicle accident at Collingwood Circle. McCaffrey was charged with driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest, and obstructing the administration of justice. He was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law.
Oct. 6
Erin Fisher, 33, of Barnegat, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on Route 34. She was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law.
Tracey Deacon, 63, of Manasquan, was arrested following a motor vehicle accident at Sea Girt Avenue. Deacon was charged with driving while intoxicated. She was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law.
