DWI, Warrant Arrests: Wall Police Blotter
Wall Police reported three incidents of driving while intoxicated from Sept. 17 through Sept. 22.
WALL, NJ — Wall Police reported multiple driving while intoxicated and warrant arrest incidents from Sept. 17 through Sept. 22.
Sept. 17
Bertin Angel-Lopez, 37, of Belmar, was stopped at Marconi Road on Highway 138 for unnamed motor vehicle violations.
Angel-Lopez was charged with driving while intoxicated, and processed and released in accordance with John’s Law, which requires police to impound the driver's vehicle for 12 hours following their arrest.

In order to be released from custody, the driver must also contact someone who will take responsibility for them and ensure they do not drive while still under the influence.
Sept. 18
Wall Police responded to the area of Collingswood Circle for a motor vehicle accident.

One of the involved drivers, Emily Allen, 36, of Florida, was charged with driving while intoxicated. Allen was processed and released to an unnamed agency that had active warrants for her arrest.
Sept. 21
Tony Gonzalez, 54, of Toms River, was stopped on Highway 35 for unnamed motor vehicle violations and arrested after he was found to have an active warrant out of Patterson.
Gonzalez was processed and released after posting bail.
Sept. 22
Ronnell Booker, 60, of Rahway, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after officers were called to the area of Highway 138 and Highway 35 following a report of an aggressive driver.
Booker was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law.
