Election 2022: Voting In Wall
If you plan to vote by mail or vote at the polls on Tuesday, check out these helpful election tips.

WALL, NJ — The 2022 general election is Nov. 8 and voters now have more options on how to cast their ballots.
Voters this year will choose local and county government officials, school board members and Congressional representatives. Some municipalities may vote on public questions.
In Monmouth County, you can either vote at your polling location on Election Day, or you can vote by mail, if you meet the deadlines. Early voting was also available but the early voting period has now closed.

Sample ballots have already been mailed out, but you can check yours online here at the Monmouth County Clerk's website, monmouthcountyvotes.com.
Voting in person:

Visit Monmouth County Votes and scroll down to your municipality to find your polling location. Polls will be open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Election Day.
Voting by mail:
Monmouth County offers quick tips for voting by mail on its website. Voters can track the return of their mail-in ballot to the Board of Elections for counting via the county’s “Ballot Trax” software. You can click here to sign up for this free notification system.
Voted mail-in ballots can be returned to the Board of Elections Office located at 300 Halls Mill Road in Freehold by mail or hand-delivery to the office.
Voted ballots can also be placed in Board of Elections drop boxes anywhere in Monmouth County up until 8 p.m. on Nov. 8. Find a list of all drop-off locations here and above. You do not have to be a resident of the town where the drop box is located.
All hand delivered mail-in ballots to the Board of Elections or via ballot drop box must be received by the Board of Elections by the close of the polls on election night, the county website says.
All mail-in ballots sent via mail must be postmarked by Election Day and received by the Board of Elections within 144 hours (6 days) after the close of the polls, the Board of Elections website says.
