Halloween Curfew Set For Kids In Wall Township
See what times and dates you can expect the curfew to be in place.
WALL, NJ — Wall Township residents should be aware of a Halloween curfew that will begin for children and teens on Tuesday night.
From Tuesday, Oct. 29 through Friday, Nov. 1, a curfew will be in place from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m., Wall Police said.
During this time, children will not be allowed on any public street or in any public place unless they meet the following exceptions:

- Accompanied by a parent or guardian
- Traveling to or from a business occupation
- Engaged in an errand involving a medical emergency
- Attending an extracurricular school activity
- Attending an activity sponsored by a religious or community-based organization
"It shall be unlawful for any parent or guardian to allow an unaccompanied juvenile to be on any public street or in any public place during those hours," police said.
