Heroin Possession, Theft, DWI: Wall Police Blotter

Wall Police reported three incidents of heroin possession from Oct. 7 through Oct. 13.

WALL, NJ — Wall Police reported incidents of drug possession, theft, driving while intoxicated and more from Oct. 7 through Oct. 13.

Oct. 7
Kevin McNamara, 48, of Brick, and Angela Dellafave, 46, of Hazlet, were arrested following an investigation at the Budget Inn Motel on Route 35. McNamara was charged with possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia, and Dellafave was charged with possession of heroin, possession of crack cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both were released on a summons.

Kelly Bennett, 27, of Farmingdale, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Route 34. Bennett was found to be in possession of crack cocaine, heroin, and drug paraphernalia. Bennett was processed and brought to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.

Oct. 11
Lisa Sperry, 60, and Jordan Gruber, 34, of Wall, were arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking. Sperry and Gruber were processed and brought to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.

Oscar Chajon, 40, of Point Pleasant, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Route 35 and charged with driving while intoxicated. Chajon was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law, which requires police to impound the driver's vehicle for 12 hours following their arrest. To be released from custody, the driver must contact someone who will take responsibility for them and ensure they don’t drive while under the influence.

Oct. 13
Maverick Parreott, 25, of Long Branch, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Route 35. Parreott was charged with hindering his apprehension and was found to have an arrest warrant issued by the Howell Township Municipal Court. He was processed and released on a summons.
