MADD Honors Wall Officer For Work Combatting Drunk Driving
Officer Megan Alexander of the Wall Police Department was honored this month by the Mothers Against Drunk Driving organization.

WALL, NJ — Police Officer Megan Alexander was honored earlier this month by MADD, Mothers Against Drunk Driving.
Alexander, who came to the department in 2013, was given the award at a Dec. 1 ceremony for her dedication to drunk driving enforcement for the year of 2022, the Wall Police Department said.
Police Chief Sean O’Halloran said Alexander is a member of the Monmouth County SCART team (Serious Collision Analysis Response Team), as well as an emergency vehicle operations instructor at Monmouth County Police Academy.

"We are extremely proud of Patrolman Alexander for all her hard work and dedication in keep our roadways safe. We would like to thank MADD for recognizing our officers, as this is a team effort they do each day," O'Halloran said.
MADD's purpose is to end drunk driving, help fight drugged driving, support the victims of these violent crimes, and prevent underage drinking, its website says.
