Wall Officer Named Outstanding Trainee At Police Academy
The award for Outstanding Trainee was presented to Officer Kevin P. Donegan (103rd BCPO) of the Wall Township Police Department.

WALL, NJ — Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago said he was proud to attend the Law Enforcement Recruits Graduation from the Monmouth County Police Academy this Wednesday.
And he had at least one special presentation to make to a new Wall Township officer.
Santiago presented the award for Outstanding Trainee to Kevin P. Donegan (103rd BCPO) of the Wall Township Police Department.

"Congratulations, Officer Donegan, on the accomplishment," the prosecutor's office said.
Regarding the graduation, Santiago said "We would like to welcome, congratulate and wish the best of luck to the 28 newly-sworn graduates of the 103rd Basic Course for Police Officers and the eight recruits from the 54th Basic Course for Class II Special Law Enforcement Officers who received their Police Training Commission certifications."
