WALL, NJ — The investigation of a car disabled on Route 34 led to the arrest of a Tennessee man on various gun charges on Aug. 21, Wall police announced Tuesday.A vehicle was disabled on Route 34 north when Patrolman Moreno Garcia stopped to investigate.He arrested Chandler K. Williams, 22, of Knoxville, Tennessee for: <ul><li>Possession of a handgun without a permit.</li><li>Possession of hollow-point ammunition.</li><li>Possession of a large capacity magazine.</li></ul>Williams was processed and released on a summons, police said.
