Wall Planning Board Has The Monmouth Project On Agenda
In addition to a reorganization, the Wall Planning Board has a 54-unit project to be built within nine buildings on the agenda for Monday.
WALL, NJ — The Planning Board will reorganize for 2023 at its meeting on Monday, Jan. 9, and will consider several applications, including one for 54 units of an age-restricted project.
According to the board agenda, the meeting will include the election of officers and the appointing of professionals.
Among new and carried applications is VC Monmouth, 100 Oval Road. The application was deemed complete on Dec. 13, according to the agenda.

The Monmouth is located at the point of Routes 70, 35 and 34.
The applicant is seeking to construct 54 age-restricted dwellings within nine buildings.

Another application, ASP Wall, 5165 Belmar Blvd. is seeking to construct six warehouse/office buildings.
The meeting begins at 7 p.m. at the municipal building.
