Warrant Arrests, DWI: Wall Police Blotter
Wall police arrested four people who had outstanding warrants from Sept. 9 through Sept. 15.
WALL, NJ — Wall Police reported multiple warrant arrests and driving while intoxicated incidents from Sept. 9 through Sept. 15.
Sept. 9
Ramaz Robakidze, 48, of Brooklyn, New York, was arrested at the ShopRite on Route 35 following a shoplifting investigation.
He was processed and released on a summons.

Sept. 10
Crystal M. Sarno, 40, of Perth Amboy, was arrested on a warrant issued by the Wall Township Municipal Court.
She was processed and brought to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.

Sept. 11
Leron C. Crooks, 37, of Browns Mills, and Emiliano Davila Jr., 39, of Keansburg, were arrested at a motor vehicle stop on Herbertsville Road after being found to have warrants issued for their arrest by the Monmouth County Sheriff’s Department.
Crooks and Davila were processed and turned over to the Monmouth County Sheriff’s Department.
Sept. 13
Robert C. Thacker, 54, of Farmingdale, was arrested at a motor vehicle stop on Route 35 on a warrant issued by the Spring Lake Heights Municipal Court.
Thacker was processed and released.
Sept. 14
Michelle L. Ramirez, 65, of Point Pleasant, was arrested following a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident on Atlantic Avenue where she struck a bicyclist and fled the scene.
Ramirez was charged with driving while intoxicated, assault by auto, having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident with injuries, failure to report a motor vehicle accident, and driving while intoxicated in a school zone.
Ramirez was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law.
Sept. 15
Jason E. Pacheco-Parejas, 20, of Freehold, was arrested at a motor vehicle stop on Route 138 and charged with driving while intoxicated.
Pacheco-Parejas was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law.
