Crash With Downed Wires Closes Road Near Watchung Circle
The crash is located near the Watchung Circle on Tuesday afternoon.
WATCHUNG, NJ — A car crash with wires down has caused a portion of Mountain Boulevard to close Tuesday near the Watchung Circle.
The roadway is closed between Washington Drive and Brookdale Drive, said Watchung Police around 3 p.m.
Mountain Boulevard will remain closed in both directions in the area of Washington Avenue until around 11 p.m. due to emergency utility work as the result of an earlier vehicle crash, said police.

Access to the polling station at Exempt Hall remains accessible from the Watchung Circle.
Drivers are asked to avoid the area.
