Scream Truck Rolls Into Warren Just In Time For Summer

WARREN, NJ — This is one ice cream truck you won't have to scream for. Scream Truck has arrived in Warren and it is not your normal ice cream truck.

Scream Truck is a reservation-based delivery service that texts customers whenever they will be in the neighborhood.

Customers simply reply Y to request a reservation, then pre-order ice cream that's made fresh upon delivery.

Scream Truck offers soft-serve treats (sundaes, cones, shakes) plus a selection of artisanal dairy-free ice creams and all-natural fruit bars. Everything is prepared fresh in front of customers' homes.

Currently, the service is operating in Bridgewater and Warren within Somerset County. However, a Scream Truck spokeswoman said they will be expanding to nearby towns in upcoming months.

"The more people who sign up, the sooner we're likely to serve the town!" said the spokesperson.

Scream Truck also hosts private events. Customers select their town from the list and use the calendar to select a date and time.
