Somerset Co. Recycling Collections May Be Delayed, Officials Say

SOMERVILLE, NJ - Post-Christmas recycling collections may be delayed for the rest of the week in Somerset County, officials said in a Wednesday statement.

The delays may affect residents in Manville, Bound Brook, Somerville, Franklin, and Montgomery, officials said.

Area residents should still leave their recyclables at the curb; recyclables will be collected “as soon as possible,” the statement said.

“The Somerset County Recycling Division thanks residents for their patience and understanding.”

A reason for the delays was not immediately provided by the county.
