Tractor Supply Store Is Coming To Warren

WARREN, NJ — A Tractor Supply Co. store is coming to Warren after gaining approval by the Warren Township Board of Adjustment.

The store at 69 Stirling Road in Warren will be the second Tractor Supply location in Somerset County. The other location is in Hillsborough.

The new 20,276-square-foot retail farm and garden supply store will replace a former gas station and convenience store on a 2.2-acre lot.

The board approved the application by HSC Warren LLC/Tractor Supply with several variances at the June 6 meeting.

Variances included:

• Impervious coverage of 72.6 percent was proposed where 60 percent is required
• The number of parking spaces 54 was proposed versus 101 required
• The maximum building mounted sign area requires 10 percent of the wall or 100 square feet maximum versus 125 square feet that were proposed.
