Vehicle Crashes Off I-78, Police Investigation Underway In Somerset County
Lane closures and rubbernecking delays of up to 40 minutes are being reported in the Warren and Bernards Township areas on Thursday.

WARREN, NJ — A vehicle crashed off the roadway on Interstate 78 causing a police investigation, a lane closure and rubbernecking delays on Thursday afternoon.
A vehicle off the roadway was reported around 1 p.m.on I-78 East located west of Exit 36 for County Route 651 in Warren Township, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation's 511NJ website.
A crash investigation is still underway with one right lane and the shoulder of the lanes closed.

There are also rubbernecking delays in the same area on I-78 East from Exit 33 fro County Route 525/Liberty Corner Rd/Martinsville in Bernards Township to West of Exit 36. The current travel time is 35 to 40 minutes.
