Why are you seeking to run for School Board?
I’m running for Warren Board of Education because I want all kids to receive the best education possible. Making sure our school system is safe for all students.
How do you feel about the current sex-ed curriculum in the district?
The state is mandating information to be taught at too young of an age.
Would you be in favor of a later school start time for students?
If the benefits of changing the start time would positively impact the students and their families. Then this something that could be looked at in greater detail.
What other issues do you feel need to be tackled in the school district?
Maintaining fiscal responsibility while ensuring our schools are safe and kept up-to-date and providing our students with the best education possible.
What sets you apart from the other challenging candidates?
As a local small business owner and public servant, I understand the importance of high-quality education to the broader community. I will bring this experience to the School Board and work to build partnerships with local civic groups, businesses, and more to help ensure our schools are continuously improving.
What else would you like to share about yourself or your campaign?
If elected as a Warren Township school board member. I would support what is best for the kids and keeping our kids safe whiling learning.
