What Next for Valley Furniture Building?

Since the Valley Furniture Shop closed earlier this year, a choice spot on the Watchung Circle has been empty.

Some have suggested the site would be a good location for the Watchung library, which is just behind the shop.

Perhaps the building could be redeveloped for small, local businesses, with service shops and a restaurant or two.

What would you like to see in the building? What businesses would be appropriate for Watchung's center?
