Blaze Fast-Fired Pizza Opens in Willowbrook Mall, Offers Free Pizza March 13

Blaze Fast Fire’d Pizza, a build-your-own pizza chain, will open in Wayne on Thursday, March 12 and will offer free build-your-own artisanal pizzas on Friday, March 13 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. to anyone who follows Blaze Pizza on Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook.

“The fast-casual concept, known for its chef-driven menu and casually hip restaurants,” is located in Willowbrook Mall in a 2,800 foot space on the doors of the level one main entrance, according to a press release.

Known for its custom-built artisanal pizzas, freshly made salads, blood orange lemonade and s’more pies, Blaze Pizza features an interactive assembly-line format that allows guests to customize one of the menu’s signature pizzas or create their own - all for under $8, the press release states.

Each restaurant makes its own dough from scratch using a recipe developed by critically-acclaimed Executive Chef Bradford Kent (“The Pizza Whisperer”), which requires a 24-hour fermentation period to produce his signature light-as-air, crisp crust. Each pizza is ready to eat in 180 seconds.

New Jersey’s first Blaze Pizza opened in Paramus last November and a third New Jersey location is set to open in Clark in July.
