Passaic Coronavirus Test Site To Close Thursday Amid Bad Weather
Rain and thunderstorms are possible Thursday, April 30. The William Paterson University coronavirus testing site will be closed.
WAYNE, NJ — Passaic County residents will be unable to get tested for the new coronavirus at William Paterson University on Thursday, April 30. The county announced in a Tweet that the site will be closed amid forecasts for severe weather.
The site is normally open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The county said it will provide an update on Thursday as to whether the site will be open on Friday.
The National Weather Service in Wayne calls for rain on Thursday with winds gusting as high as 31 miles per hour.

On Friday, the Weather Service predicts an 80 percent chance of rain with low winds.
Due to the severe weather prediction for Thursday, April 30th, the Passaic County testing site at William Paterson University will be closed.
