Wayne Motorcyclist Killed In Crash With Pickup On Route 23: Officials
Officials said the 37-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene, after a crash in Pequannock on Tuesday evening.
WAYNE, NJ — A Wayne man died after his motorcycle collided with a pickup truck along U.S. 23 in Pequannock earlier this week, said officials.
The crash took place at the intersection of Route 23 South and Alexander Avenue on Tuesday, April 16 at approximately 7:40 p.m., said the Morris County Prosecutor's Office.
Investigators said it appears that the motorcycle driver, 37-year-old Mojtaba Kahn, crashed into the pickup truck at the intersection. First responders arrived to find Kahn unconscious and not breathing, officials said. They tried to revive him, but he died at the scene.

The driver of the pickup truck remained at the scene of the crash and no charges have been filed as of Friday morning, said Meghan Knab with the Morris County Prosecutor's Office.
The Pequannock Police Department and the Morris County Sheriff’s Office will continue to investigate the crash.
